Packaging for Valentine Cookies

When I was first trying to develop my domestic "skills" as a newlywed (almost 12 years ago!), I turnded to Martha Stewart for inspiration. She continues to inpire me with her ideas. Most of the time I just absorb the ideas and hope I get the chance to try some of them. Well, as I was searching her website I found this terrific idea to package cookies in paper CD pouches. Brilliant! Hers were round oatmeal raisin cookies, but I figured it could work for Valentines as well. I think mine turned out just as good as Ms. Stewarts!

How did you do that?

I used a "label" to seal them with. I printed them out and used a glue stick to attach the label which is folded over the top flap on the envelope. It's so easy, but looks so cute.

Sue,

I'd mail one to you, but it might get old by the time you got it. What do you think?
