Hey Sweetktea!

I'm thinking about renaming this blog "Katie Capers" since you are my most loyal reader! Thanks a lot for your comments. I know I can always count on feedback from you. It's funny how much more I've gotten to know you these past couple months through blogging. I think we have so much in common. Here's to our skinny Christmas photo/scrapbook extravaganza! (We could even scrapbook our progress.) LOL!

Oh boy! Let's not get that crazy! However I did have a weight loss journey journal before the 3rd pregnancy, I did it for a while then forgot about it but it had measurements, before photos (yikes) and my thoughts about the struggles and triumphs of the everyday challenge to loose weight.
I would just die though if anyone got a hold of or stumbled across those pics though. LOL! Oh, Lord.
Anyway, yes I too have been enjoying typing back and forth and getting to know you. Our DH's go way back so it's nice to be able to connect with you! :-) smiles.
Ha! Ha! on the Katie Capers-it does have a ring to it though...
I am a self admitted email junkie-I feel like as a busy mom and especially after we moved it is just hard to get together and connect as often anymore with my buds. I really feel like this is a great way to stay up to date on life, etc. until we next get together. Don't you! I really do have a life apart from this keyboard!LOL!
Anyway, here's to our success in weightloss and toning and whatever!

I was so totally kidding about the scrapbooking part of our challenge. I would die too. Notice, not too many photos of me on my blog!!!
Anyway, the journal idea is a good one. I have found a good on-line one for free at FitDay.com. You can also track your weight there and food if you choose...I don't have time for all of it, but it's there if I need/want it. I am also an e-mail junkie...right now Dan is trying to get me to shut the computer down and do my "homework" for the Wounded by Shame class we are taking at Easthill. I'd rather procrastinate though.
