Today is my best friend Anne's birthday. Happy Birthday Anne...here is your gift. I decorated a cd tin and inside is a photo cd as well as a small round album that she can fill and decorate with photos and journaling. What do you think?

So you probably can't post this until you give it to her but I wanted to know like did the cd have photos on it for her to print out and what did the mini circle album look like. Where do you get those fun cd cases? I wouldn't know, I don't get out much! LOL :-)
I love, love, love the cherry paper and did you make up those button cherries on the top? Very sweet! I am certain she'll just love it. WHat a good friend!
I was supposed to meet her for coffee tonight and give her her gift, but it didn't work out...I'm not sure if she even reads this blog (because she never leaves comments. Hint, hint, hint) Anyway the cd has pictures of her with her family or with me and my family etc. The circle album is an accordian fold style album that you can see in the photo with the polka dot pattern (inside the tin). I got everything at Oriental Trading. Have you heard of them...OMG super cool party stuff and they are just now getting into the scrapbooking arena. So much fun, so little money!
I did see that polka dotted circle in there but did you make it or...what? How?
Also, I have heard of OTC. ANd I did notice that they have scrappin stuff. I hear ya on the little money thing!
I purchased the folded insert from OTC and then coverd them with scrapbook paper.
Okay, Okay, I finally got the hint that if I want to be part of the "popular" crowd, I gotta comment. hehehe. I just had to take a peak! It is soooo cute. You are such a great friend to make such wonderful things for my birthday. I wish I was more inspired for yours. I am going to need to scheme for Christmas. Between this and last years album, you are the best and I love you dearly! And Sweatktea, I hope you can join us for our October weekend, you sound like fun, and more friends are always a blessing! Thank you, Alyssa, and I am still doing a cherry kitchen as I can't seem to get away from them. I must make a confession and say that I still love anything cherry!!!
